Do you have an appreciation for old Vegas? Ever eat at Hugo’s Cellar in the Four Queens? Do you miss the Stardust?
If this description fits you and you have never visited the Liberace Museum when in Las Vegas, you should.
It has a great collection of Liberace’s tricked out pianos, extravagant outfits, and custom cars. The museum helps support the Liberace foundation, which gives hundreds of thousands of dollars in music scholarships every year.
Attendance is dwindling, though, and the museum director recently left.
Stop by and spend an hour some afternoon, get a taste of old school Vegas, and support a worthy cause. Liberace did a lot to introduce middle America to classical music. Help that mission continue.
