overall the housing market is stabilizing around the country. this means the economy will be stronger. inflation has been here but interest rates are low and hides the inflation until it rears its ugly head.
im seeing many items that are manufactured up close to 20 percent recently. that is troubling. so it may be time to move investments into things that are helped by inflation.
