just got back from floating the missouri river near helena montana. the weather was perfect so that made a go of the trip. montana weather is fickle so you must wait till the last minute to plan outdoor activities.
took my jet boat so i wouldnt have to deal with river shuttles to get back to the truck. thats the way to go for sure.
didnt catch too much as the water was high and off color but a fun time anyway.
no poker on this trip but there are a couple little games in helena. one is out of town a few miles and the other is at the end of last chance gulch. that one has tournaments quite often that are really good.
