it is nice to have a place where you play that you can get any food you wanted ordered in. it helps the game and keeps it going when players otherwise might leave to go eat.
plus it makes it more likely someone will stop in and play instead of going to a restaurant.
some cardroom owners think it is a bother but it might make them more money and make their room more popular.
