That’s what T Rowe Price claims about their funds. I just hope that people understand that this need not mean anything. It can be manipulated in ways I hope two plus twoers understand. In order to be convinced that this isn’t happening you need to look at the 25% that do worse. If that negative approximately equals or surpasses the total gain of the winners you are almost certainly looking at disengenuous manipulation designed soley to allow them to make a deceptive claim.
