It should have taken an hour but it took three. I had misplaced my drivers license. When I applied for a replacement they said mine had been suspended since 1977! No matter that I showed numerous documentation that I had been driving all this time and that they had been issuing me updated licenses all this time. The computer said what it said. The computer is also unfortunately responsible for the fact that many people no longer have the ability or inclination to think.
