I’m just wondering what the advice would be of those with different political philosophies if such a machine came into existence. It costs 80K per use even if no one makes a profit from it. And it has a two percent cure rate for all cancers over and above any other treatment. (A second use is 0% if the first treatment fails.) Who gets to use it?
